There's a card inside with a QR code and a 10-character redemption code — scanning it (or typing the code at palateparty.net/claim) prompts them to sign in with their email, and the party shows up on their home screen. No password, and the app isn't required, though it makes the live game smoother. Lost the card? The shipping-confirmation email has the same code, and it never expires — worst case, email us and we'll track it down.

Grab your 8-character code from the Invite tab on your account page and send it to a friend. They get $10 off their first box; you get a $10 credit — but only once their first box actually delivers, not the moment they sign up (that's what stops someone gaming it by canceling early). There's no cap on how many friends you can refer, and unused credit rolls forward to your next subscription invoice until it's gone. It just doesn't apply to one-time Gift Box orders.

The Invite tab keeps a running tally: friends who joined, credit earned so far, and anyone still "pending" — signed up, box not delivered yet. It only shows up once you have an active subscription, since referral rewards are a subscriber perk.
